Group’s Camaraderie, Love
for the Community Shine Through

It is a quiet, sunny morning at Paces & Vine restaurant when Eddie Hudson reveals the secret behind the success of The Smyrna Team. Seated inside, at a section of tables draped in white cloth, he glances at his group of Keller Williams professionals, then leans in and says, “Once it stops being fun, we’re out!”

This philosophy, shared by Hudson and longtime business partner Tracy Gaudiano, is simple yet effective. Looking around the table, the camaraderie among their team members is warm, friendly and sincere. There is Lori Clezie, award-winning Realtor; Leanne Allen, Realtor and unofficial tech guru; Tamika Dembrosky, a long sought-after Realtor; and Briana Cooper, the yoga-loving business management expert. To an outsider, their gathering at Paces & Vine could easily pass for a family brunch.

Over the past 12 years, Hudson and Gaudiano maintained their edge in the local real estate market by assembling a group of professionals with complementary skills, a genuine love for the area and a talent for negotiating win-win deals. Their success is due in large part to their positive reputation, the return of past clients and a constant flow of personal referrals.

“We always try to do the right thing by our clients,” Gaudiano says. “We’re ingrained in the community, and people know who we are.”

Beyond the world of real estate, Gaudiano loves to volunteer and support organizations that aim to improve the community. Her eyes light up when she talks about being a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

“My little sister is awesome!” she says with a smile that stretches across her face.

Hudson is a father of two and recently surprised his daughter with a skydiving experience for her 18th birthday.

“I would have never chosen to do it,” he says. “The only reason I did it was [because of] the kids.”

Later, however, he admits with proper coaxing he could be talked into jumping again.

Hudson and Gaudiano’s willingness to try new experiences is an aspect of their nature that carries over into the business as well. The Smyrna Team now flips homes!

From their client appreciation events to their “Roaming Sign” contest, The Smyrna Team demonstrates its commitment to building long-lasting relationships with the people of Smyrna, and serves as an excellent reminder that business doesn’t have to be busy and boring—it can also be genuinely fun.
