Katina Ferguson
Katina is a French Canadian freelance writer and aspiring polyglot. She writes web content for small businesses, articles and blog posts for online publications and formats manuscripts for digital publication and distribution. Beyond the desk, she hosts a bimonthly critique group for local writers, dances to bachata around the house and smothers her three kids and husband in big beautiful kisses. Rarely found without a cup of tea in hand, Katina spends whatever free time she has toiling away on her science fiction and paranormal works in progress.
Christy Duncan
Christy Duncan is the owner and founder of JosiesFriends.com, an online-only children’s, women’s, juniors and maternity consignment clothing store. She moved to Smyrna/Vinings eight years ago from New York City and has worked in the fashion industry for 20 years before starting Josie’s Friends in July 2015. She is passionate about giving back as her company was founded to aid impoverished children worldwide and she is a regular volunteer in the Atlanta community. Christy lives in Smyrna with her husband, two stepchildren and daughter.
Cheri Dourron
Cheri Dourron is a native Atlantan who resides in Smyrna with her husband and two daughters. You may run into her when she is out and about at any of the locally owned shops or restaurants around Smyrna and Vinings or at the nearby school Whitefield Academy where both her daughters attend. Cheri has a passion for anything bright, colorful, vintage, coastal and rustic and it shows through her photography. “When you add children and families to the mix, this is when beautiful memories are created, all waiting to be captured on film and preserved for a lifetime.”
Jordana Klein
Jordana grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia, and is a 2011 Woodward Academy graduate. After pursuing a journalism degree at Georgia Southern University and competing on the women’s tennis team, Jordana developed a passion for freelance writing and has since been a contributing writer for local magazines in the Atlanta area. Besides writing, Jordana spends her time running, playing tennis, relaxing at the beach, enjoying iced coffee or being social with friends and family.
